Altex Industries has become one of the largest heat exchanger manufactures in Canada. Located in Edmonton, Alberta, Altex is ideally situated for shipping directly to customers throughout North America and the world. Areas such as material handling, drilling, welding and profile burning have been enhanced with the acquisition of new equipment. Additions to our production facility have added 60% to our production space. EXPERIENCE: In fabrication of units up to 150 tonnes and diameters from 6" to 130". ALL TYPES OF SHELL AND TUBE EXCHANGERS INCLUDING: Sulfur condensers Gas/Gas Transfer line exchangers Kettle Re-boilers Helixexchangers® ALSO: Air Cooler Tube Bundles Plate and Frame Exchangers Sales, repairs and services for all exchanger components FIELD SERVICES IN CONJUNCTION WITH Bundle Pulling Repair and Maintenance Torquing Exchanger installation General Plant maintenance Crew available 24 hours Code stamps to ASME VIII, U and S Stamps, API 660, API 661, TEMA, B31.1 and B31.3 certifications. We have over 140 in-house weld procedures. We fabricate using the following materials in our construction: Carbon Steel, 300 series Stainless Steels, Brass, Duplex, Monel, Inconel, and many others.
